Currently, pine is one of the most popular materials. Moreover, pine is a coniferous tree and its density is 420 kg/m3. Pine grows relatively quickly, which is why pine wood becomes one of the cheapest raw materials on the market. However, the good price of pine does not mean that its construction parameters are bad. Currently, we produce door scantlings, window scantlings, boards and other pine wood products from pine wood.

Window scantling

We produce window scantlings made of pine wood in full dimensional specifications, well adapted to the needs of the domestic and foreign markets.

Our products meet all quality standards. Our products meet all quality standards.

They are available in two versions: solid wood or finger-jointed wood. Solid window scantlings are available in lengths: 800 – 3000 mm. Combined, they are available in 6000 mm long bars.

Product humidity: 12% +/-2%.

Door scantling

We offer door scantlings made of pine wood in sizes typical for interior and exterior doors. Moreover, at the customer’s request, we can prepare door scantlings in specific dimensions.

Door timbers are glued in layers or blocks using solid cladding boards and waterproof glue DIN EN 204 D4.

Door scantlings are available in two versions: solid wood or finger-jointed wood. Scantlings for solid doors are available in lengths: 800 – 3000 mm. Combined, they are available in 6000 mm long bars.

Product humidity: 12% +/-2% (for external doors) and 1% +/-2% (for internal doors).

Pine tree products

We are proud to offer you glued products made of pine wood: strips, boards, logs and stiles. They are laminated according to thickness and width; they can also be joined lengthwise, cast or unlaminated.

Our products are available in all sizes and wood quality classes.

They are glued with waterproof glue DIN EN 204 D4. Product humidity: 10% +/- 2%.

Certified ENVUN wood

All our wooden products are of high quality and laminated to strict standards. They are also FSC 100% certified. This means that every raw material we use to produce our products meets all FSC criteria.

Epi Glue:

  • high-quality glue resistant to very humid weather conditions
  • allows gluing wood with a humidity of 15-16%, which reduces the risk of wood swelling
  • more resistant to destruction and delamination
