Our company produces high-quality pine door scantlings for interior and exterior applications. We make them from the highest quality pine wood. During the production process, door scantlings go through an advanced technological process.

Pine wood is processed into friezes, which are joined longitudinally, then planed and glued to the dimensions required by the customer. The entire process is accompanied by strict quality control, thanks to which our door scantlings are perfect for further processing.

This type of scantlings is characterized by bonds of finger joints in all layers: internal and exnernal. Door scantlings come in many quality classes in terms of permissible defects and the length between next seams.

    Certified door scantlings

    Our door scantlings are of high quality and are laminated according to rigorous standards. They are also FSC 100% certified. This means that every raw material we use to produce our products meets all FSC criteria.

    ENVUN Door scantlings

    We glue our laminated pine door scantlings using two high-quality adhesives:

    D4:

    • waterproof glue
    • suitable for joining all wooden and wood-based elements
    • fills all inequalities

    Epi Glue:

    • high-quality glue resistant to very humid weather conditions
    • allows gluing wood with a humidity of 15-16%, which reduces the risk of wood swelling
    • more resistant to destruction and delamination
