Pine window laminated timber is a solution distinguished by its durability, stability and manufacturing precision. This type of scantling is finger-jointed across all layers, both internal and external, which enhances their strength and resistance to deformation.
Depending on requirements, scantlings are available in various quality grades, which define permissible defects and length between joints. Thanks to precise gluing technology, our scantlings guarantee reliability and ease of further processing, meeting the expectations of even the most demanding customers.

Solid scantlings are characterized by external layers which are lamellas without any defects, obtained during the sawn timber optimization process. The difficulty of obtaining such material makes solid square timber a commodity for the most demanding customers.

How ENVUN window scantlings are made?
At ENVUN, we ensure that every pine window scantling meets the highest quality standards. The production process begins with the selection of premium pine timber, which is then processed into lamellas and finger-jointed along the grain. This method improves dimensional stability and resistance to internal stress.
After initial preparation, the scantlings are planed and bonded to precise dimensions, based on customer specifications. The entire process is subject to strict quality control, ensuring that the final products are perfectly suited for further processing and use in window joinery applications.
Window Scantlings – durability and precision
To guarantee maximum strength and resistance to external conditions, our window scantlings are bonded using high-quality D4 and EPI adhesives.
D4 glue:
- water-resistant and weatherproof;
- ideal for bonding wooden and wood-based components;
- fills gaps, creating a smooth and uniform surface.
Epi Glue:
- provides exceptional bond durability;
- moisture-resistant, reducing the risk of swelling and delamination;
- enables bonding of timber with higher moisture content (15–16%).
