At ENVUN, we produce high-quality window scantlings from pine wood available in a full dimensional specification and well-adapted not only to the needs of the domestic market, but also international markets.
For joining individual elements of window scantlings, we use proven waterproof glue DIN EN 204 D4, which ensures that the final product stands out for its extraordinary strength and durability.
Characteristic features of ENVUN window scantlings:
- you can choose one of the versions – solid wood or finger-jointed wood;
- solid elements are available in lengths from 800 to 3000 mm;
- jointed elements are available in bars with a length of 6000 mm;
- product moisture content – 12% +/-2%.
Pine glued wood – used in door scantling production
Our offer also includes door scantlings made from pine wood. Their sizes are typical for interior and exterior doors. However, if you need a product with other, specific dimensions, we will gladly make it for you.
ENVUN door scantlings are laminated or block-glued using solid veneer boards and waterproof glue DIN EN 204 D4. This makes our products versatile yet very durable.
Characteristic features of ENVUN door scantlings:
- available in two versions – solid wood or finger-jointed wood;
- solid door scantlings have lengths from 800 to 3000 mm;
- jointed elements are available in bars with a length of 6000 mm;
- product moisture content – 12% +/-2% (for exterior doors) and 10% +/-2% (for interior doors).
